• Did you know that most motel, hotel, nursing home and laundromat fires start in the dryers?
• Did you know that dryer fires are more common than chimney fires? Flammable lint, and dirt and dust accumulate quite rapidly inside the dryer. (the lint screen does not catch all of it).
• It is recommended that dryers be cleaned out at least once a year, depending on the extent of the use of your dryer. Commercial dryers need to be cleaned even more often. For just 55.00 per DRYER we will perform the following maintenance:

1. We will lubricate all hinges, chains and latches and adjust belts.
2. We will remove the dryer covers and completely clean the drum, cavities, thermostats, burners, motor, etc
3. We will give a complete written report on the dryer overall condition including condition of bearings, tub, belts, chains, etc. upon request.

For just 45.00 per WASHER we will perform the following maintenance:1. We will lubricate and adjust all belts, hinges and latches.
2. We will remove the covers and completely clean the interior including the motor vents ( a major cause of motor failure).
3. We will give a complete written report on the washer overall condition including condition of bearings, tub, belts, etc. upon request.
